    you have got to love a reclassification to boost the count - he looks pretty confident that he has earned the species classification

    This bird hasn't been split yet in any taxonomy, it should be taken off your list for the time being

    IOC update (9.1) has split White-browed Scrubwren race maculatus off as a new species, Spotted Scrubwren
