Also known as Black-tailed Whistler. 15-17 cm. Found in mangroves, coastal rainforests or monsoon forest; riverside thickets, eucalyptus woodlands, coastal scrubs/heath. Range: coastal n. Aust., many coastal islands; from Carnarvon mangroves (WA) to near Mackay (Q).
